1. The results of a workshop or a program solely depend upon a participant's intention and determination to perform the techniques in an honest and methodical way. Since there is no scale to measure these subjective factors; no claim for any refund or compensation will be entertained.

2. The usual reply time of a mail is 2-4 days from the time of submission of personal form/ feedback. But this does not take into account unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our direct control e.g. natural calamities, war, network breakdown and/ or any other conditions known as 'force majuere' along with unforeseeably high work load. In such cases we shall inform the participant immediately/ earliest possible the most likely earliest date to receive the mail.
